Question

When should we fly in?

Answer

We recommend flying in on Thursday night or Friday morning. The ceremony will take place on Friday afternoon, giving you enough time to check in and head to the venue.

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have created a list of recommended hotels on the travel page. If you’re not planning to rent a car, we suggest staying at a hotel downtown, taking the light rail in and out, and using Uber to reach the venue. For more travel recommendations, please refer to the travel tab.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoor.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is! If you rent a car and choose to drive to the venue, on-site parking is available free of charge. Cars may also be left overnight.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to dress in classy, elegant attire that fits the celebratory vibe of the day. While it doesn’t need to be black tie, think cocktail or formal for a polished and stylish look. Black is recommended, but not required. Please avoid bright colors, creams, ivory and whites.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. However, if children have been specifically invited, their parents will receive a notification. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Please share this with us on your RSVP! The meals will have vegetarian options available. However, if you have any specific allergies, please let us know.

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab and RSVP at any time. Please RSVP by April 16th.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to space constraints at our venue, we can only accommodate the guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. If a plus one has been extended to you, your invitation will be addressed to "(Your Name) & Guest." We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Answer

Great question! As our wedding day approaches, we recommend keeping an eye on the Colorado weather forecast, as conditions can change rapidly. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please refer to the National Weather Forecast for Denver.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify us ASAP!

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, if you’d like to contribute, we have a registry tab on our website, and a card box will be available at the reception!
