Question

What time should we arrive to the wedding?

Answer

To ensure you have enough time for valet and getting seated, plan on arriving to the venue by 8:45AM. All late arrivals will not be permitted into the venue for any part of the wedding.

Question

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We strictly ask our guests to dress in vibrant, cocktail attire. Please do not wear white, jeans, or casual wear. Need ideas? We’ve got you covered! Check out the inspo photo we’ve included on this page. Think fun bright/bold prints or colors, statement pieces, floral designs, spring daytime colors, fun jacket/blazer and trousers, etc! Cocktail hour will be held outside in the courtyard. Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Question

I forgot to RSVP by the deadline! Am I still able to go to the events?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not allow any changes and will not make any accommodations. You will be missed!

Question

Can I bring an extra guest?

Answer

We have chosen to keep our special day as intimate as possible and choose to celebrate with our closest family and friends. If you are unsure whether you are allowed to bring a guest, please refer to your mailed invitation. We have notated and reserved an extra seat for those who may bring a plus one. Unless we have specifically written so on the invitation, we do ask our guests to not bring any additional guests. We thank you for understanding and ask that you respect our decision.

Question

Will it be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. Please ensure you RSVP by the 20th of April so that we can get a proper guest count.

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

We will be serving small bites and hor d’eourves after cocktail hour.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

As we celebrate the start of our lives as husband and wife, having all of our friends and family here with us is the most meaningful gift of all. We have more than enough items to start our married life. Instead of a traditional registry, we created a Honeymoon Fund. Our honeymoon fund will go towards memorable experiences that we can share together. To name a few, we would love to experience the Shoji Spa & Retreat in Asheville, a fine dining date night in Chattanooga, and explore more of the beautiful East Tennessee area. Your generous contribution will go towards an experience we can share together that will create a lifetime of memories. For more information, please visit our ‘registry’ section.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If we have indicated and/or reserved an additional seat for you and your child, you are more than welcome to bring them! It is our wedding so we do ask that you supervise them at all times. Please do not bring your child(ren) unless we have specified on your invitation!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! If you would like to stay near our wedding venue, please refer to the ‘Travel’ section on our website. We also suggest finding rental properties nearby on Airbnb.com or VRBO.com
