We've listed some frequently asked questions for your convenience here. If you have any other questions other than what we've listed, please reach out to either Rachel 954-224-5609 or Ibrahim 954-288-3764.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation.

Are Kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that children are only invited if family is listed on your invitation

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP on this website! Simply click on the "RSVP" tab at the top of the page and enter the first and last name of any guest in your party. Your party will appear and you will need to RSVP for each person in your party, and for each event listed. Please make sure to RSVP to each event.

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP no later than September 23rd. We do need to let our vendors know an exact number of guests so we will not be accepting RSVP's later than September 23rd.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, of course! We would love to be able to accommodate special requests due to food allergies. When you RSVP there will be a designated spot to write any food allergies or dietary restrictions so we can let the caterer know ahead of time.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is semi-formal; tuxes and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and cocktail dresses. No jeans please!

How should i get to the wedding?

Answer

If you chose to drive your own cars, there will be complimentary valet parking at the venue. We will also be providing bus transportation to and from the hotel listed on the website to the venue. We do encourage the use of the bus, but its is not mandatory. More information for the bus transportation is under the "travel" tab on this website.

What time should i arrive for the wedding?

Answer

Please arrive at 3:30 pm for the ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm at Lady Jean Ranch. There will be valet parking if you do decide to drive yourself. Please do not be late, as they will close the gates at 4:00 pm.

How do i book my hotel room?

Answer

We have provided a suggested hotel under the "Travel" tab with a room block available. To book, either click the link directly on the "Travel" tab, or call the hotel and ask for the "Mazur/Padilla Wedding Block". There are other hotels near the venue, however we do not have a room block available at those locations.

When do I have to book my hotel room by?

Answer

Your hotel rooms must be booked by October 1st in order to receive our wedding room block!
