What do I have to do?

If you'd like to come to the wedding, please book directly with the hotel through the link and using the promo code that can be found on the "Travel" tab of this website. Once you've done that, please pay $45 in the "Cash Fund" located on the "Registry" tab of this website. Once those have been completed, please RSVP so we can count you in!

How much is this all going to cost?

Answer

The final numbers depend on a few factors only you can provide, but guests using our promo code are likely to spend: $519-$909 (per person, double occupancy) OR $780-$1,365 (per person, single occupancy) These numbers are completely dependent on the available rooms. These estimated costs cover your accommodations and food/drink for 3 nights, but NOT the flight. **Please add an additional $45 per person to your total final amount - this helps us offset the cost of the wedding**

What if I can't afford it?

We completely understand that not everyone will be able to make the trip. Just be sure to let us know as soon as you can!

When is final payment due?

Answer

When you book through the Excellence website, you will be prompted to put a card on file and subject to a $1 hold. This card will be charged for your entire stay 30 days before the day you have chosen to arrive.

Does the price include all-inclusive?

Yes! You will be paying for an all-inclusive experience throughout your stay!

What kind of rooms are available?

You can choose any room that is still available through the website in the "Travel" tab. Last I checked there are only a few more swim-up suites left!

How long should we book for?

Answer

We are asking all of our guests to book 3 consecutive nights anytime between September 13th to September 18th in order not to miss out on any group events/gatherings. Most guests are staying September 14 - September 17th.

Can I bring my kids?

Unfortunately, this is an adults-only resort and there are no accommodations for children.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Be sure to dress light and breezy, since the air will be warm and humid. For the ladies, nice sundress or capris with sandals is ideal. For the men, khaki slacks, linen shirts, and nice sandals as well. If you’re still unsure what to wear, think of "semi-formal but it's hot out."

Should I bring a gift?

We do not expect any of our guest to bring us gifts! We are thrilled that you're willing to come to Mexico to party with us! If you insist on a gift, please check out our registry through Amazon located in the "Registry" tab on this website.

I can't make it, can I change my RSVP?

Answer

You have until July 1st to edit your RSVPs. Anything after this date will be accounted for and paid for.

I want to RSVP, but I don't know who my date is yet!

Answer

No problem. Go ahead and RSVP under your name, but for guest info enter "Guest" for the first name and "Unknown" for the last name. When you figure out who you are bringing, please update with the appropriate information. If you no longer can, please reach out to one of us!
