Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We understand that this is a destination for most of our guests and will most appreciate you letting us know if you can make it as soon as possible, and by August 1st at the latest.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. If you reserved your lodging at a Vail Resort property and used our discount code, your spot on the shuttle is already secured. If you are staying off-property, there is a shuttle option at the "F" lot at South Park Avenue and Village road. Shuttles will begin running at 3:30 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the Welcome Toast: Mountain Casual: Think flowy silhouettes, earth tones, and any Western-inspired accessories if you have them :) We will have plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone to mingle in. For the wedding: Black-tie optional - We love an excuse to dress up, and we hope you'll take this opportunity to dress up with us! Please also note the weather and pack layers accordingly. Men - Tuxes are not required, but we do ask that you wear a suit. Women - Mid-length to long dresses are encouraged.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kiddos- we truly do. Our mountaintop venue, however, is not kid-friendly. Because of these restrictions, we will not be having kids at our wedding.

Are the festivities indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our venue is a mix between indoor and outdoor. Breckenridge is situated at 10,000 ft, and therefore the weather can be quite unpredictable. It may be 70 and sunny, it also may snow. We have partnered with a wonderful team who will ensure that our day is perfect rain (or snow!) or shine. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside. The venue is on the the mountain and can get a breeze, but we promise we will not make you sit in the sun or cold for too long. The cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor. Dinner will be inside our venue. The reception party will be indoor/outdoor.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you. We want to keep the weekend as intimate as possible, with just our closest friends and family

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We know this is a big one, and the answer is yes!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our mountaintop venue is only accessible by the Vail Resort shuttles, if you plan on driving please park at the "F" Lot on South Park Ave and Village Rd and you can catch the shuttle there! Both the ceremony and reception are at Ten Mile Station, and the shuttles will bring us back after the party starting at 9pm.
