WHERE IS THE RECEPTION LOCATED?

Answer

The reception is at Renault Winery in the Champagne Ballroom! It is the farthest ballroom to the right on the Renault property - please refer to the image above for a visual representation.

IS IT OKAY TO TAKE PICTURES WITH OUR PHONES DURING THE WEDDING?

Answer

We respectfully ask that all wedding guests be fully present during the ceremony and REFRAIN from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We have a wonderful team of professional photographers and we promise to share ceremony pictures. Once cocktail hour begins, feel free to take all the photos to your heart’s content!

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTELS TO THE CEREMONY/RECEPTION?

Answer

There will be NO transportation to the ceremony. We will be providing a shuttle from both hotels to Renault for the reception. It will make two trips to cocktail hour from the hotels and then will shuttle everyone back to either the Hampton Inn or McGettigans 19th Hole Irish Pub at Seaview for the after party!

CAN I DRIVE MYSELF TO THE RECEPTION RATHER THAN TAKING THE PROVIDED SHUTTLE?

Answer

Of course! There is ample parking on site at the reception if you do choose to drive yourself. We just ask that you please party responsibly though as we will not tolerate drinking & driving.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Semi Formal - Black Tie Optional tuxes and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and cocktail dresses!

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

We love the kiddos, but this is an adult-only party! Unless you had to RSVP for your child, you have earned yourself a parents night out.
