Ford International Airport (GRR) - 2 hour and 40 minute drive from the venue - Likely the cheapest and most flight options/connectivity Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) - 45 minute drive from the venue - Small airport that's very easy to navigate - Likely more expensive than GRR, with fewer flight options and times

We have 8 rooms blocked at The Foothills Motel, rooms are $220/night. There are 6 rooms with 2 queen beds and 2 rooms with king beds. The two king rooms do adjoin to queen rooms if that's preferred for a family. Unbooked rooms will be released to the general public June 18th.
