Why wasn’t I invited to the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve always wanted a small, intimate ceremony. Unfortunately, we have a lot of family and friends between the two of us. Instead of eloping, this is our way of compromising. The intimate ceremony will be held before the reception and is only open to those invited. We look forward to sharing our union with all of you at the reception.

August 20th. If you haven’t responded by then, please bring a chair and a sandwich.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless specified on the invitation, you’ll probably be flying solo. But every situation is different. Please ask the bride before assuming.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Make sure that you notate any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP. The restaurant is happy to accommodate those with limited options.
