For those of you who don’t know me, hello my name is Amber. I’m finishing up my final year at UNI and I’m studying to become a Middle school math teacher. I love being creative in any way possible, listening to music (even vinyls), and snuggling up with our dog Dallas. I’m glad to have you all present for our big day!

Kyle is my guardian angel who always has my back. We spend our time either playing sports or saving the world together. I consider him a brother and I'm excited to see how he does with his best man speech. No pressure but all of the pressure.

Rachel has been my best friend since high school. We have been through a lot together through the years and have many memories together. A lot of those memories are us eating at our favorite Mexican restaurant or joking about following in our fathers footsteps and work at the Carroll Coolers factory together. Regardless, Rachel is the kind of person who fills a room with laughter and I am so glad to have her by my side.

Going all the way back to when I was born. Elijah was always by my side. Thats how I remember it. He has a huge heart, but very weak knees. Touchy subject. Love anytime we get together and of course is also considered a brother.
Zulema Medrano

Zulema (or as I call her Zuzu) and I met back in high school. We were both sopranos in choir together. Although we were in choir, we had much more fun talking and messing around than actually singing. Zulema was such a prankster in high school and she loves having fun and getting a good laugh. Zulema is a very kind and generous person who is always there when you need her. Also she is one of the few people out there who understands my fun taste in purses and earrings. Nevertheless Zuzu is a girl who adds spice to my life and we’re so grateful to have her with us at the wedding.

Meeting each other by chance at swimming lessons is one way to look at the start of our friendship. That said I believe it was God giving me a great guy to further strengthen my faith. We have been best friends from the beginning and is definitely considered a brother.

Tabi and I met in college. We were coworkers as Resident assistants in Campbell. Tabi is a girl who is passionate in everything she does and always knows the right thing to say. Some fond memories I have with Tabi include our late night 3:00am Incident reports (there’s no one else I would rather have stayed up with) along with getting dominos and binge watching all of Bridgerton on Netflix. Tabi currently living in Rhode Island as she attends Grad school so we are very glad to have her back in Iowa for the wedding.

We met with myself being upside down. Feel free to ask him about it. He is the best brother in law a guy could have. Making hilarious memories just became a habit for us. That and saving the world on numerous occasions. Even though you are a brother in law you may as well be considered a brother.

Dallas won't be able to attend our ceremony, but we know that he will be so happy his parents are finally getting married. Dallas is a Blue Heeler / Sheltie mix and is Jacob & Amber's dog. He is still a puppy and will be turning 1 three months (to the day) after the wedding.

A guy who comes through everyday on every occasion. If someone made a list of great fatherly qualities I believe he would check every one of them. He's the rock I go to and I'm lucky to have him.

My Dad is one of the best guys I know. He works hard and cares so much about everyone around him. In my opinion, he has a great sense of humor and he has a laugh that makes you want to laugh right along with him. My dad is recently retired so he is a lot of help when it comes to questions and wedding planning as well.

Well this is a big event and she is working hard to make it perfect. So please tell her everything is perfect. Her motherly instincts to protect her kids are always on high alert and I'm lucky to have her watching out for me. Fortunately Amber gets to do that too because I make lots of interesting choices.

My mom is awesome, thats all you really need to know. She is a lot like me in many ways (and that's not why I said she's awesome, the apple just didn't fall far from the tree). We both love our animals and getting our nails done! After the wedding is over, please get her a raspberry margarita because I know my mom will be working hard to make everything go smoothly. Maybe make that two raspberry margaritas.

Spent a lot of time together while I was finishing my Nursing degree. I remember always driving down after class to see Ryan in Sheldon and sit on his roof. It was steep but the views were worth it. We also saved the world regularly and I'm happy to consider him a brother as well.

Ew... Just kidding. Daniel has been my best friend literally since birth. We feed each other a lot of crap, as siblings do. I love all that he does and has done for me, even if it was driving me around or grabbing me a water from the fridge when we were watching TV. It's a good thing Daniel won't be giving a maid of honor speech at the wedding because he has the largest and most embarrassing collection of not only stories but photos of me. But that's what brothers are for, I guess.

Two really cute boys who play hard and work less hard. They are really good helpers so I'm glad they were up for the challenge. They have a couple of weddings for experience so their resume does look good. Looking forward to seeing how they'll make us laugh on the big day.
