It all started with a modern take on a Shakespeare prose.....well, really just a Bumble bio. Krista was looking for her next brunch partner and Pat was looking for a singing partner. An exchange of services only seemed natural. After validating the services were worth a 5 star review, we continued on a 5+ year journey together. The first date: February 3rd, 2017

With big ambitions and goals in mind, we decided to make a move to Manhattan. We got to learn a lot more about each other like how Pat is a blanket hog and Krista plays her Instagram videos at full volume in the car while Pat is driving. In fact it was in this city that a friend described our relationship as flirt fighting. Together we explored the city and made it feel our own from picnics in the park to claiming our very own "reserved" seats at our favorite cocktail bars. Making NYC our first home: September 30th, 2018

We adopted Eli, an Australian Shepherd from Kentucky, at the age of 2. He was a shy boy at first, and although it took him a long time to ease into his new life, he quickly won our hearts. Eli LOVES belly rubs and going on walks in the park. He can be very vocal in the morning if his mom doesn't get out of bed early enough, and he makes sure to keep his dad on a tight schedule when it comes to his dinner. He makes us laugh and we are forever grateful that he joined our life at the perfect time. Welcome home Eli: March 7th, 2020

If we had our way, Italy would have been the picturesque backdrop for our engagement. #ThanksCovid Instead Pat chose to propose in our very own city with a view of the downtown Manhattan skyline. F*cking finally! 😉 The Yes Day: May, 23rd 2021 We cannot WAIT to celebrate with you!
