Both Ben and Steph started Crossfit as a way to stay active after college. When Steph got a job after grad school, her schedule shifted to going to the gym at night. She found an empty squat stand next to Ben and well..the rest is history! After a few dates to a local burrito shop, they knew this was special.

Ben and Steph always wanted a dog and wanted something short and stocky (like the two of them!). Naturally, a French bulldog checks off all the boxes. In Spring 2020, they found the perfect brindled Frenchie and brought home Rambo! A new adventure begins full of treats, snores and lots of hikes.

In May 2023, Ben, Steph and Rambo went for a quick getaway to Acadia, ME. They stayed at a favorite camping spot (Under Canvas!!) and enjoyed some sunny weather and time in nature. After a beautiful hike up the south eastern side of Cadillac Mountain, all Steph could think about was her pistachios in her backpack. Well, that quickly changed when she turned to Ben on one knee asking her to spend their life together. The answer was an easy "YES!" and they were engaged. We can't wait to celebrate this next chapter in our life with you. See you in Rehoboth!
