Utah is in the mountain time zone which is two hours behind eastern time. However, if flying into Las Vegas, NV they are on pacific time which is three hours behind eastern time. Please keep this in mind while traveling.

How early should I arrive?

Answer

Preparation is key, especially when you are in an unfamiliar area. We ask everyone to please arrive before the ceremony begins at 3pm. Arriving around 2:30-2:45 will be perfect.

Where do I park?

Answer

It is strongly encouraged to ride with other guests to the ceremony and reception. There should be plenty of parking at the resort however, I am not sure there is much parking close or at the ceremony because it is on a dirt road.

Answer

Cowboy BBQ: pulled pork, smoked brisket, corn bread, baked beans, butter corn, mash potatoes, and numerous BBQ sauces. Dessert will be a peach crisp.

Rental car

Answer

If flying to our wedding, you will need a rental car due to the airports being at least 45mins away. We encourage our guests to share a rental car with other guests who plan on attending. Especially if the parking lot for the ceremony is full. Rental cars will be at least $300 for four days. About $60 a day.

Airport parking fee

Answer

Expect to pay anywhere from $10-$20 a day for parking at the airports depending on location. All nearby airports have free shuttle services.
