Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is on-site parking available located directly across the street from the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the wedding?

Answer

There will be shuttles transporting guests between the Kirkbrae Country Club and Providence Marriot Downtown during the night. More information on shuttle schedule will be added soon.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request the pleasure of your company in formal attire. This would include a suit or evening gown/cocktail dress. We also ask that you do not wear colors that are traditionally reserved for the bride (no white, off white, or ivory colored attire).

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity restrictions, we are only able to accommodate guests that are listed on your wedding invitation. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Are children allowed?

Although we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP in the RSVP tab of this website by June 7, 2025. You will be able to make your meal selection and make us aware of any dietary restrictions. Thank you in advance!
