We understand that traveling to Florida in February won't be possible for everyone, and we know if you can't make it, you will be celebrating us from afar! We ask if you know that you will not be able to attend now or anytime before invitations are sent out, kindly let us know so we can prepare our space for the proper amount of guests!
Ceremony will start at 4:30pm. From there, we will have shuttles take guests immediately from ceremony location to cocktail hour & reception location (approximately a 5 minute drive).
We will have shuttle/bus transportation for guests staying at the Embassy Suites downtown, or guests who can get to the Embassy Suites downtown prior to pickup time. Transportation will be to and from the venue, with departure times still TBD. We will ask if you will need transportation as part of your RSVP! Please check back for more details on shuttle pick up and drop off times - to be finalized a few weeks prior to the wedding.
The wedding is beach-cocktail attire! We will have beautiful ocean views and palm trees as the back drop, so feel free to dress for the vibe! However, no jeans please! We're anticipating warm, sunny days with it cooling down at night! The ceremony and reception are both slated to be outside (weather depending!) so please bring a jacket or shawl if you think you'll be cold in the evening. We advise checking the forecast closer to the event.
A plus one will be indicated on your save the date & invitation.
As much as we LOVE your kiddos, this is a child-free event. You are welcome to bring them along if you are making a family trip out of it, but please plan accordingly for child-care during the evening of the wedding.
Yes - come hungry! Food will be available at cocktail hour and at dinner. We can accommodate your dietary restrictions, but we will ask more about that during invitation RSVP.
DUH!! If you know us/our families, this question is a given! It is going to be a PARTY!
