Please hold off any reservations at this time, detailed information on accommodations are in the RSVP
We are currently planning on sending out RSVPs as early as 4 months out from our wedding date to allow more time for anyone who is traveling. Since the Pandemic, traveling isn't nearly as easy so we are taking all factors into consideration.
Yes, per invite-only
Unfortunately no, however, Jazz will be with us as the only exception, so feel free to give her some love!
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat
Hopefully, warm, sunny, dry, with little to no bugs around.
Ceremony will be outdoors, unless it rains, it will be moved indoors. Reception will be indoors in the Great Room.
I know, this dreadful question of the modern age, but fret not, there is free wifi in and around the buildings, however out in the open field areas, it may be a bit spotty, but we haven't noticed any spotty coverage at the inn.
We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.
There is an ample amount of parking at the venue but please carpool when possible.
The inn recently installed a wheelchair ramp but due to the open ground layout, they do recommend those who are handicapped to use motorized wheelchairs.
There will be a Vegan/Vegetarian dinner and brunch options. If you have any special dietary concerns, please advise us and we will be glad to help meet those needs.
Sharing is caring so please, we encourage guests to post photos and videos, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #thegrouches so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
We have planned to have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation, but if there are any issues, please contact us.
