What is the dress code?

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

We invite you to RSVP by mailing in the RSVP card sent with the invitation.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Visit our “Travel” tab on our wedding website. We have room blocks available at the Amway Grand Plaza in downtown Grand Rapids (16 minutes from venue) & Hilton Garden Inn East Grand Rapids (5 minutes from venue).

When should we book our hotel by?

Answer

You will have until May 13, 2024 to reserve your room in our block with the discounted rate. Anything reserved after May 13, 2024 will not guarantee your room with the discounted rate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30. Please ensure you have arrived at the venue and are seated 10-15 minutes before start time. Once the ceremony begins, the doors will be closed until cocktail hour.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, with the reception to follow indoors.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

You can park at the venue during the wedding. No cars may be left overnight due to private events scheduled for the following day. Violators may be subject to towing. Please keep this in mind and schedule accordingly, whether that be assigning a designated driver for the evening or utilizing Uber or Lyft to & from your hotel.
