Welcome Party

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail / elevated casual attire

Small bites and cocktails will be served! Shuttles will depart from the Hilton Del Mar and L'Auberge at: 7:30pm, 8:00pm and 8:30pm. Shuttles will depart from the Pacific Coast Grill back to both the Hilton Del Mar and L'Auberge at: 9:30pm, 10:00pm and 10:30pm. If this timing does not work for you or you are staying elsewhere, Ubers and Lyfts are readily available in San Diego.

Ceremony & Reception

3:00 pm

Black-tie optional

Guest arrival will start at 2:30pm. Shuttles from the Hilton Del Mar will begin departing at 2:15pm and will run continuously until the ceremony begins. Ceremony will begin at 3pm sharp with cocktail hour, reception and dancing to follow. Cocktails and dinner will be outside on a terrace so please bring a shawl/sweater/jacket, etc. Shuttles back to the Hilton Del Mar will run continuously from 9:30pm-11:15pm. If you are going back to a different location, Ubers and Lyfts are readily available in the Del Mar downtown area.
