Ryan and Mandy met like many people do in this day and age-- online dating. They went out on a lunch date and had few beers at a local spot called Casual Pint where they talked and laughed for hours like they'd already known each other for quite some time. Ryan asked if Mandy needed another beer and she said yes. He said just put it on my tab so Mandy went to the bar and ordered another drink. When the bartender asked her what tab to put it under she said Ryan to which the bartender replied last name? Mandy embarrassingly walked back to the table to ask Ryan what his last name was and of course he gave her a hard time about it. : ) Who knew five years later she would be taking that same last name!

On June 25th last year Ryan planned an elaborate surprise. He told Mandy they were going to dinner and had reservations and then proceeded to drive slow as molasses to said reservation. When they parked Ryan led Mandy down the boardwalk to a beautiful picnic set up on the beach with a chalkboard sign that said "I love you" and a delicious charcuterie board. They sat and talked and then Ryan asked Mandy to walk down to the water. Half way down he said I actually brought you down here to ask you a question to which all Mandy could keep saying was What?!?! over and over again. She also didn't know that Ryan had planned for a photographer to capture the whole moment. After she said "YES!" they had a photography session laughing and kissing in the water. It was the perfect summer evening. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Puerto Rico!
