Yes, we currently have a hotel block at the TWA Hotel for August 1st-August 3rd. Please see the hotel section of the website for more information and book your room ASAP if you know you will be utilizing the hotel.
Yes! There will be a shuttle for guests staying at the TWA Hotel that will bring you to the venue. There will also be a shuttle at the end of the night to bring guests from the venue back to the hotel.
There is valet parking on site at our venue, Russo's On The Bay.
Please plan to arrive at 5:30PM. We will have hospitality 30 minutes before the ceremony starts at 6:00PM. This will also allow time for everyone to take their seats for a prompt 6:00PM start. Please remember that this is a Friday evening event. Please keep rush hour traffic in mind when traveling.
