Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

Both! Our ceremony will take place outside on the turf event lawn underneath a tent. The cocktail hour and reception following will take place indoors. In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, the ceremony will be held indoors.

Parking?

Answer

Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Event: Free parking is available at Whitehead Manor for all guests attending. Wedding Day: There is ample parking at our venue! Carmel Country Club has free parking available for all guests. If you drive to Carmel Country Club and drink at the event, please leave your car at the venue overnight and retrieve it the following day. We want everyone to get home safely! *approved by the venue*

Shuttles?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided for guests from the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Uptown Charlotte to the ceremony. The shuttle will arrive at 4:00pm and leave promptly at 4:15pm. After the wedding, the shuttle will provide transportation back to the Grand Bohemian Hotel and to the After-Party.

When and how do i RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab on our website and follow the prompted steps. Please respond no later than May 1, 2024.

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep your phones put away and on silent during our ceremony. After we say I do and walk back down the aisle together, you are more than welcome to photograph and video the night.
