BOOKING YOUR STAY

Round Hill requires a minimum 3 night stay to receive the discounted room block rate. Check in and out dates are flexible and the discounted rate is applicable for 3 additional nights added before or after our wedding festivities. Wedding festivities will take place on April 28th and April 29th. We have assigned our travel agent, Phyllis Kauffman, to assist with booking your room and organizing club mobay. Guests will have two choices when booking rooms. The first option is to be placed in the 36-room Pineapple House which is impeccably designed by Ralph Lauren to evoke a crisp, clean Caribbean ambiance. The second option is a Luxury Villa where indoor and outdoor island living is featured at its best. The Luxury Villas boast a private pool, made-to-order breakfast prepared in the villa each morning. Flight

Donald Sangster International Airport (MBJ)

The easiest airport to fly into is the Sangster International Airport. Located 12 miles and approximately 25 minutes to Round Hill Hotel and Villas.

Shuttle Information

The safest and easiest option for getting to Round Hill from the airport is to use the shuttle service provided through Round Hill. Please book your transfers as soon as you book your flight. Round Hill concierge can be reached at 800.972.2159 or email them at airportconcierge@roundhill.com $45 one way for up to 4 people. Each additional person is $12. (Can be charged to your room). *Must provide flight details in order to reserve.

Club Mobay VIP Airport Service

PS- YOU WANT THIS because it will save you multiple hours of going through customs. Club Mobay offers VIP service at the Sangster International Airport which includes meet and greet service upon arrival and an escort to expedite getting through immigration and customs. Bundle (arrival and departure): $83 Arrival: $50 Departure: $33 To coordinate Club Mobay services, let Phyllis know at booking. She can charge your card for this when she books the service, or you can bill this to your room. Please note that the request for the service is on a first come first book basis and tends to fill up quick. It is recommended that you request this booking as soon as you book your flights.
