What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

No formal code! A causal look that is interchangeable with Florida Fall weather. Average Temps are 60-70 degrees Fahrenheit with a low possibility of rain.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Ceremony will be on the Atlantic side of the Island on the Beach. The Venue is the Women's Club of Fernandina Beach, an indoor location with outdoor yard and patio. There is a >10 minute drive between locations. Carpooling from the reception venue parking to the beach is encouraged.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The Bride and Groom along with select Friends and Family need to remain on the Beach for photos for less than an hour. During this time, guests are encouraged to attend a Social Hour at the Women's Club.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Our event will be Family Friendly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to have an accurate head count, we will require all invited guests to RSVP online by (a certain date). If you wish to have someone attend that is not directly listed on the invitation, please confirm with the couple prior to completing your RSVP.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

The couple asks that all guests hold their social media posts of our ceremony, dresses, first kiss, etc. until they have a chance to make their own wedding/marriage posts! We will give all guests a chance to take photos during the ceremony but please be respectful of us and our chosen (and paid for) photographer! They don't mind social media "stories" or other pictures and selfies as long as it does not disrupt the photographer and their shoots during our event.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

We are aware of some needs of a few of our guests but we ask you contact us beforehand so we can better accommodate you!
