Welcome Party

Please join us for a welcome party to kickoff the weekend! Light refreshments will be provided. Transportation will be departing the Courtyard Baltimore Hunt Valley hotel at 8:15 pm. We have transportation scheduled to depart Hightopps and head back to the hotel at 10:15pm. If you choose to stay longer, there are Ubers/Lyfts available in the area. You can also take the Light Rail northbound from the Fairgrounds (next door to Hightopps) to Hunt Valley. It is about a 15 minute walk from the Hunt Valley Light Rail stop to the hotel. This costs $2 for a one way trip (bring cash). The last departure is at midnight! When you arrive, please enter Hightopps at the entrance closest to the main road (York Road) .

Ceremony

Please plan to be in your seat by 1:45 pm! Transportation to and from the ceremony will be available for out of town guests only. The bus will be departing the Courtyard Baltimore Hunt Valley hotel at 1:20 and will return you to the same hotel at the conclusion of the ceremony. There is plenty of free parking at the church!
Reception

Transportation to and from the reception will be available for ALL guests. The first bus will be departing the Courtyard Baltimore Hunt Valley hotel at 4:20 and the second bus will be departing the hotel at 4:30. Buses will be leaving Hayfields and heading back to the hotel at the following times: 9:30, 9:45, and 10:00 pm. If you are driving to Hayfields, please take the first left when on Hayfields property. There will be a sign that says “Event Parking.”
