Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We ask that guests RSVP no later than October 30, 2021. RSVP is online-only and can be completed on the RSVP page on this website.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Any COVID-19 safety protocols I should know about?

Answer

Yes! There will be children at the wedding who are unable to get vaccinated so we ask that guests either be fully vaccinated or share a negative COVID-19 test with the bride or groom 1-2 days prior to the wedding itself.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please come dressed in cocktail and/or formal attire.

Will any part of the wedding be outside or require travel?

Answer

No and no! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place in the same building so no need to dress for potentially inclement weather or plan transportation between events.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive between 20 and 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to ensure everyone is on time and we can get the day started as scheduled! Doors to the venue will lock at 4:00 PM

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Street parking in Saint Peter is free for up to 24 hours, unless otherwise marked. Any parking in excess of 24 hours is unlawful, so please plan accordingly. For more information, please see the venue's parking info page; https://www.capitolroom.com/parking.

Answer

If children were included on your invite, we would love for them to join. If they were not, please enjoy a grown-ups-only celebration!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have blocks at the two hotels in St. Peter, Minnesota. Please check the Travel page on this website for more information.

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle service before and after the wedding. The shuttle will service all hotels. The last afternoon shuttle will leave at 3:20 PM, so please plan accordingly. The shuttle will return for a couple of hours at the end of the night to bring guests back to hotel.

Will there be any vegetarian/vegan/gluten free options?

Yes! Cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert will have options for all of the above.
