Is there a dress code?

Please use this day as an excuse to dress up! The Bridal party will be dressed in Black, we'd love for you to join them!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Good news! We have valet parking for all of our guests. Just show up and they will do the rest!

Question

Are cellphones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests please refrain from the use of their cell phones during the ceremony. We don't want to risk awkward photos. We will have a professional photographer to capture all pictures. There will be time alotted during the ceremony for everyone to take a picture on their phones at the same time. We hope you understand this request!! xo

Yes! We are registered on Amazon. While we are extremely grateful, we know that many of our guests are traveling far and wide to join us on our special day! This is most important to us.

Is there a room block at the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We have 40 rooms blocked out for the weekend of the 25th. Though the rooms will be first come first serve, we do want to point out these rooms should be for our guests traveling from quite far away. Rooms are set up for a two night stay, but can be adjusted accordingly, there is no minimum stay. You can contact reservations@thegeorgewashington.com to reserve you room. Agents are available via phone Tuesday-Saturday from 7am-11pm at 724-225- 3200.
