Oakbrook Center
Bars, restaurants, and shopping- what else more can you need? The cutest outdoor mall is smack dab in the middle of our venue and hotel (1 mile from each!). Check our Gibsons, Ditkas, Oldtown Pourhouse, Beatrix, Lucca, etc. You can't go wrong with any! Also, fun fact: Hayley and her sisters helped open the Mrs. Fields right by Starbucks and worked there all during high school! (Semi Sweet with walnuts are the best).
Pinstripes
Thirsty for a drink and a good time? Wanna play bocce (It is the go to Benassi family favorite game!)? Go bowling? Just kill some time at a great spot? They often even have outdoor music! Less than 1 mile from our venue and 2 miles from our hotel!
Frankie's Deli
Hungry and want to try our favorite italian market? Hayley's family has been coming here for years for the ultimate deli sandwiches to pasta dishes, and Nick happily jumped on the train when he caught a taste. Turns out, the daughter of the deli now works with Hayley. Talk about smallest world! We'll most likely be swinging by the afternoon after, for some hair of the dog, meats and cheeses! Ciao!
McDonalds
Wanna swing by our favorite late night spot? Or even better, download Uber eats and expect it QUICK with only a mile distance from the venue. You can’t go wrong with a double cheeseburger, or a ten piece nugget but the bride and groom will call you out if you don’t order extra sweet n sour sauces! Hey! You can even go sweet and salty with a large milkshake and a juicy filet of fish combo to put you right to bed after all that dancing. Don’t go easy on the tartar ;)
