Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited venue space, we are unable to accommodate extra guests unless your invitation states a plus one (or more). Thank you for understanding!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

In order to give our vendors an accurate head count to prepare their services, please RSVP by March 31, 2025.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, however parking is limited as we share the parking lot with another nearby event venue and a park that is open to the public. If possible, please consider carpooling.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! Our good friend Cory will be our bartender for the evening with an open bar. Please consider bringing cash for tipping, as he will make sure you are well taken care of. Cory will be serving a variety of wines, beers, and our signature cocktail. If you are planning on partaking, please drink responsibly and plan ahead with an Uber or a designated driver!

Can I smoke at the wedding?

Answer

Because our venue is located in Galena Forest and is densely surrounded by brush and trees, the Washoe County Parks Service has prohibited smoking of any kind on the grounds. This includes vaping, cigarettes, and marijuana. However, they advised that we are allowed to smoke inside personal vehicles.
