Dressy summer attire - Oops we will be outside, so bring a light jacket/shawl and probably best leave the thinnest stilettos at home for this one.
Come and meet us, have a drink and light meal before the big day, and get to know the other guests a little. How to get there: Public transport; Bus route 31 Snarøya to the end station, then a 1 min walk (you can't miss us, we will make sure of it! ) Takes 30 min from central Oslo/Nasjonalteateret and goes every 7 minutes. There are some parking spaces but this is limited and some curbside in the area. Taxi/Uber/Bolt etc..

Wedding Ceremony

How to get there; For those of you visiting us from from abroad and out of towners - we will organise transport to take you to and from the church. Further information on this follows. If you live in Oslo but also need help getting there - Let us know! By car - (in Norwegian) Kjør til Tanum kirke fra E18, avkjøring Slependen. Alternativ vei er fra E16, avkjøring ved Vøyenenga. Avkjøringen fra Sandvika via Jong er nå stengt grunnet veiarbeide på Industriveien. Tar ca 25 minutter fra Oslo.

This event will be Black tie optional. VERY IMPORTANT: Due to very fancy wooden floors from Italy we are requested to have all ladies shoes covered with heel protectors in the main hall. These can be purchased at shoeshops/cobblers/shoerepairers to fit your shoe heel. (Sorry!)
Be there by 4 PM, but we will open the doors earlier with refreshments etc while we wrap it up with the wedding photographer and get everyone from the church venue and back to the city. So if you want to get home and park the car, hand the kids over to the babysitter (They are very welcome in church but not the party after), or walk the dog quickly - there is time! But please be there by 4 PM. We need to be out of the venue by 1 AM - info on afterparty/etc follows. How to get there: Frimurerlogen/ the Freemasons Lodge is located in the middle of the city at Nedre Vollgate 19, and next to the Parliament building/Stortinget. There is very easy access to public transport /taxi right outside the door, but no parking. The door bell is on the right side of the door. Bus stop: Wessels plass Metro: Stortinget Train: Nasjonalteateret If you need help getting from the church in Bærum to the venue, please let us know. We'll have shuttle service for our guests from out of town.
