The dress code is California Cocktail Attire: fabulous dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits of any color (ties optional). Wedding & reception will be outdoors by the ocean/on a grassy lawn, so a layer for evening is recommended.
Dinner will be served family-style, so no pre-selections are needed. However, please definitely reach out to Thais or Jack if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.
There is no parking at The Adamson House. However, we have reserved free parking for our guests just down the street at Malibu City Hall (23825 Stuart Ranch Rd, Malibu), just a short, five-minute shuttle ride away. There will be shuttles running between the parking lot and The Adamson House throughout the duration of the wedding. Shuttle service will pause during the ceremony, so please be sure to leave enough time to arrive for the 3:00pm start time. We recommend planning to arrive by 2:45pm, which is just enough time to take in the view with a refreshing drink!
If you are planning to Uber/Lyft to the Adamson House, you may get dropped off on Pacific Coast Highway in front of the venue. Ubers/Lyfts will not be permitted to enter the grounds. You are also welcome to get dropped off at the venue parking lot and take a shuttle to the Adamson House. If you are planning to Uber/Lyft back when the reception ends at 9:30pm, we recommend pre-reserving a ride via your ride share app because it may be a little harder to get a car quickly at that time in Malibu.
Our wedding will be an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. Please reach out to the groom's mother (Mary Ann) or bride's mother (Barbara) with any questions.
