We first met when we both worked at Trader Joe's. We became work besties and were pretty much always together while at work. It wasn't until over a year later that we started hanging out outside of work. And it just clicked. We had our first official date in September 2019 and have been together ever since :)

We were on vacation in the Outer Banks with family. One night we went out to dinner to a martini bar right on the water just the two of us. When we got back home he asked me to take a walk on the beach. When we got down there "WILL YOU MARRY ME?" was written in giant letters in the sand. He got down on one knee and just started putting the ring on my finger. I said "you have to ask me first!" He pointed to the sand and said "it says it right there". If that isn't the most Jimmie way to propose I don't know what is. It still makes me laugh thinking about it. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
