Seated in different corners of the city, each of us buried in the daily grind at our respective workplaces, we found a moment of escape as our fingers swiped across the screens of our phones on a little app known as Tinder. It was a simple swipe to the right that sparked our connection. Fate seemed to test us briefly when the app crashed, causing us to lose each other in the digital shuffle. But, determined to find that intriguing match, a bit of internet sleuthing led us right back to one another. Our first date was at a cozy sushi place called Wagaya Ramen. As we shared stories and laughter over delicious rolls, something clicked, and from that day forward, we were inseparable.
