We're getting married!

These two nerds met on a night out with mutual friends in 2015 where Mike wooed Teresa with his in-depth knowledge of data science & programming. Mike was in the middle of graduate school at Teresa's alma mater, University of Illinois, while Teresa was a grad student at Mike's alma mater, Washington University in Saint Louis. They kept in touch as friends for a couple of years, but became an item when they found themselves both living in Champaign in 2017 (where ironically their uncles lived just blocks apart). Life would take them to Boston where they started their careers together after grad school, then on separate relationship sabbaticals, and bring them back together again in 2022 where they found themselves working at the same research firm in Chicago. Now they spend their days co-working from home with their dog, Lou, still nerding out together about data.
