It is to ensure that the planets are aligned for the bride and groom to live a happy life together, thus translating to “peace planets.” After the poojas are performed we invite you to take part in our Pithi ceremony where you will help us apply a mixture of turmeric, referred to as Haldi in Hindi, sandalwood, and rosewater meant to bless the bride & groom and give us our wedding day glow!
