Hi! We're getting married!

The scene is Center City, Philadelphia September 6th, 2019. Teesta does not remember swiping right on Sam, but she did initiate the conversation so there's that. She was already in pajamas but he had the rare night off from work so she changed and they met up for drinks. They talked for hours and headed to the nearest Wawa to get a late night hoagie (IYKYK). Sam also met Teesta’s dog, Rose, that evening. It was love at first sight - in both cases. For the next two and a half months, the two made an effort to spend time with each other every day - their longest streak was 2 weeks! Sam wrapped up his Philly stint in November of 2019 and headed to New York City, at which point the two started dating long distance. Despite the distance and the pandemic, their relationship flourished. In addition to falling in love with Teesta, Sam also fell in love with the city of Philadelphia and moved in with Teesta and Rose in May of 2023. Teesta and Sam have made a cozy and colorful home for themselves. Their love of cooking, music, film, arts & crafts, fashion, travel, sports, board games, coffee, cocktails, oysters & shellfish, and friends & family fuels their days. You could say the rest is history, but the story is still being written! They couldn't be more more thrilled to celebrate their big day with you!
