Hands down the best brunch spot in Chicago - and everyone knows it!!! Two locations but this one is closest to venue and hotels. Make a reservation or else expect a wait. Located in Wicker Park - the cool artsy hipster area with lots of great shops, dining, and bars. (Miamians- think Wynwood!) Their sweet options are *MUA! chef's kiss*! LGBTQ+ owned.
Our first date spot and favorite restaurant in all of Chicago! Great portions. Yummy sangria. You can go... but don't tell any of your friends! We want to keep this pasta spot an insider secret.
Black-owned, classic dinner favorites, and super fun. Stay for drinks, great music & vibes. This is in the West Loop area of Chicago, near downtown. West Loop has the best dining options in Chicago (IMO). BIPOC owned.
Delicious & intimate for a quiet romantic evening or small-ish family gathering (Argentine - think steak and Malbec. In Chicago's famous Wrigleyville (Lakeview) area. It's also BYOB :) Definitely make a reservation.
BEST espresso martini, ski-themed "chalet" bar in downtown's Gold Coast! This was a cozy vibe that we both loved.
Think glamour downtown experience. Delicious cocktails with the best view of the city and lake there is. Expect a line - worth the wait. Great for a bougie Sunday brunch too (guaranteed killer IG shot).
Ryan's all-time favorite brewery with amazing eats. Check 'em out in Lakeview, and hit Boystown out at night!
Very fun retro-dance bar with great throwback sets and a disco ball, vintage aesthetic. Open late. They sometimes do manicures as a special combo with a cocktail. We love the vibes here and have been a ton!! Come here only if you're ready to sweaty-dance the night away.
On Sundays! Best in town - huge market and some vintage and small shop vendors. Great food and gelato.
A must-do if you've never done! Boat tour of Chicago down the river.
Right across the street from our venue, we will likely end up here more than once, open til midnight and great Chicago brewery. Ryan likes the Pilsen Pilsner best!
