Of course! We want to celebrate with all the people we care about, including the pint-size ones! We did our best to account for everyone's kiddos on the invitation, but if we missed someone or another one joined us in the meantime, please do let us know. We'd love to have them along!
Yes! Our ceremony/reception venue has BEAUCOUP parking to accommodate us.
Because we have ample parking available, there will not be a shuttle running from the hotel(s). There are plenty of rideshare services available (e.g., Uber, Lyft, etc.) should you choose to utilize them. The venue was also kind enough to allow our guests to leave their cars parked overnight, in case you really embraced the festivities and shouldn't drive!
No! As a brewery, the venue will get very very upset with us if you bring your own libations.
We respect the 2nd Amendment as much as the next guy, but this is our wedding... please leave your firearms at home. Yes, that includes you, Daddy! (Also it's the venue's policy.)
Chris and I are blessed to have many of the material things we need. Your presence in celebrating with us is truly enough! But if you would like to contribute to our life as newlyweds, we are registered to fund our HONEYMOON on our website. The registry is four tabs to the left of this page.
We have a block of reserved rooms at the Hampton Inn Asheville on Tunnel Road, about 10 minutes from our venue. The link for the blocked rooms is available under our "Travel" tab.
We've poured over the menu with the caterers to make sure that we've met the needs of our vegan/vegetarian and gluten free loved ones. Of course we're more than happy to meet any other needs you have. Please let us know if you have a special dietary need 30 days prior to the wedding (9/10/2021).
Our ceremony and reception will be held at Highland Brewing Company, so semi-formal is more than dressy enough. And if you're like me you have to look that up! So I saved you the hassle and Googled it for you! "Semi-formal means wedding guests should consider a summer dress for the ladies and dress pants with button-down shirt and jacket for the guys." Keep in mind we'll be outside for part of the evening in the fall mountain air.
We need to get a head count to our venue and caterer about a month prior to the big day, so we're asking that folks get RSVPs in by 09/01/2021.
We tried to account for everyone's significant other and kiddo(s) when sending out the invitations. Our biggest priority this weekend is love, so if we left someone out please do let us know!
We had a lot of fun putting together ideas to entertain the whole family! Hop on over the the Things to Do page to see some of our favorite Asheville activities!
