Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 22, 2024.

Question

What should I pack for the weekend?

Answer

Bring comfortable clothes and shoes for exploring the many outdoor activities Mountain Springs Lake and the Poconos have to offer! The resort is in a somewhat remote area, so we recommend packing any essentials. Don't forget bug spray and sunscreen! Think camping with the luxuries of plumbing and AC. :) Temperatures in this area during this time of the year range from the 50s to 70s. Review the Mountain Springs Lake Resort FAQ page for more information about accomodations: https://www.mslresort.com/frequently-asked-questions If you are driving and have the room, we recommend bringing any lawn chairs, yard games, or coolers you may want for hanging around the cabins. Depending on which cabin you booked, you may have access to a kitchen. The single room cabins have a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and small sink in the living area. We recommend packing snacks and drinks for your cabin. There are limited restaurant options in the immediate area around the resort. We will plan to spend time at the resort during the day and in the evenings. Please bring any beverages you would like to enjoy at the cabins. We will have a cooler.

Question

Is there transportation to and from Mountain Springs Lake Resort to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

No. Please make a plan for safe transportation to and from the ceremony. Promise Ridge is about 20 minutes from Mountain Springs Lake resort. Please carpool if possible as there is limited parking onsite.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no earlier than 3:35pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:50pm.

For all the days along the way
