Is there a dress code?

Formal attire is requested – tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Anytime between 4:00 PM and 4:15 PM. The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM.

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony – outdoors. Cocktail hour – outdoors & indoors. Reception – indoors.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Historic Ashland has on-site parking in a paved lot with an attendant.

Will there be an open bar?

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

No. We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! If you need help finding a sitter, please let us know and we will provide you with recommendations.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes! We have a room block at Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square. If interested, please call (717) 239-1600 and be sure to mention you're booking for the "Green / Herner Wedding."

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Pick-up & drop-off is at Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square. Shuttle will leave at 3:30 PM to take you to our venue (be sure to arrive at 3:00 PM!) Shuttle will leave our venue at 10:00 PM to take you back to the Marriott.
