We have two options, Carnivorous or Vegan- (1) Pasture raised roasted chicken with garlic and rosemary roasted potatoes and veggies. unlimited fresh salad and fresh baked ZEA Bread. (2) Garlic and rosemary roasted potatoes and veggies, unlimited fresh salad and fresh baked ZEA Bread.

Are there any plans for the day prior to the celebration of love?

Answer

Yes! June 12th (3 days prior), we will host a self-sufficiency awareness class with light refreshments and a homestead tour to follow. Prepare to spend at least 3-6 hours at the homestead as we will be processing chickens and guests will have the opportunity to process a chicken to take home with them at the conclusion of the class.
