Chelsea Sun Inn is a 200 acre estate that operates both as a Bed & Breakfast and private event space. The estate is surrounded by miles and miles of lush, unspoiled countryside with unparalleled views of the famous Delaware Water Gap Mountain Pass.

Our location is conveniently located just minutes from I80/ RT611/ RT33 and is situated between multiple major metropolitan areas. We are just 1hr 20 minutes from New York City and about 1hr 30 minutes from Philadelphia. Allentown/ Bethlehem are just a mere 35 minutes away!

Chelsea Sun’s original main house was built in 1811 primarily out of stone. The first floor of the original main house now hosts our expansive Chef’s Kitchen which features the original open hearth.  The second floor of the original 1811 structure hosts renovated guest suites.
