We met back in middle school, attending the same classes and sharing mutual friends. It wasn't until junior year in history class that Spencer caught Taylor's attention. One day, he slid his phone with his Snapchat code onto Taylor's desk, and that simple act may have been what ignited a love for history in Taylor that still burns bright today. That summer before senior year, we spent countless days with our friends, soaking in the freedom of youth. One memorable summer, we found ourselves at our best friend Bryce's lake house. It was there, while unfortunately watching Spy Kids, that we shared our first kiss, the time stamp reminding us it was 10:56, forever etched in our memories (and for you, Lexi, our personal historian). As our senior year progressed, we officially started dating on an October bonfire night at our friend Kyle's land, surrounded by the warmth of friends and the crackling of the fire. After high school, we faced the challenge of a long-distance relationship as Spencer pursued his passion for baseball and Taylor delved into sorority life. Despite the miles between us, we supported each other's dreams and goals, which led us to graduate from Northwest Missouri State University, stronger and more committed than ever. After graduation, we took a leap of faith and moved to Colorado together, ready to start the next chapter of our lives. With our sweet golden/lab Ember by our side, we embraced the adventures and challenges that came our way, knowing that together, we could conquer anything.
