Question

How do we book our stay?

Answer

On the travel section of our website we have provided the url for the resort. You will go to the resort’s website, choose the dates you would like to see and it will have a section for promo code. Type in the code that is provided also in our travel section of our wedding website and then choose your room. Please contact us if you have any problems or questions about this process. *you do not need to choose any specific type of room, choose which one you would like.

What’s the difference between excellence club and finest club?

Answer

Both are like a “VIP” club for the resort. Finest is the family side of the club. Excellence club is for adults only. Adults not in excellence club will still be able to participate in adults only activities, such as the adults only pool and bars. Being a part of the club gets better alcohol in the room and you have access to different amenities. These amenities include a private beach for club members only and a restaurant for club members only.

Is the promo code valid for “non-refundable” rates?

Answer

No, the promo code is not valid for “non-refundable” rates. You can still stay at these rates if you wish but you will not be a part of the group discount.

Are the rates per room or per person?

Answer

The rates are per person per night. The rates fluctuate on how many people are staying in a room. Please note that only two people are allowed to occupy an excellence club room.

When do we have to book?

Answer

Please book your stay within 60 days of our wedding date June 2024. The promo code will expire at the time and you will not be able to get the group pricing.

Do we have to book through the resort?

Answer

In order to get the promo code discount you must purchase your room through the “suite only” option of the resort’s website.

When will we be fully charged for our stay?

Answer

Your stay will be charged in full 30 days prior to your arrival day to the credit card provided during the booking process.

How long should guests stay?

Answer

We appreciate you coming to our wedding and we hope that you can make the most of your time on a tropical island. The promo code prices are valid for the dates August 14-21st 2024. If you would like to stay longer or come early you would have to contact the resort about extending your booking with the code. Nic and I will be staying August 14-20th and then will be traveling to another resort for our honeymoon.

What should we wear?

Answer

We’d like to request that all of the male guests wear Hawaiian shirts. Women can wear either a summer dress or outfit.

When should we book our airfare?

Answer

When researching the prices for airfare, it said the best time to book the flights for our dates were towards the end of May. However you can book airfare at anytime. We just suggest this time to get the best price.
