For friends and family flying in you can take any major airline into PHX (Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport) From there you can rent a car, or use a shuttle service. I recommend renting a car because in Sedona Uber has started but it not very popular, and public transportation is not really there. If you know taking a shuttle works for you I would use Groome Transportation. Below I am putting a couple Hotels that are nearby. Sedona has a lot of hotels, but Spring is a popular time to be there so please book in advance.
