Dymenay and Taylor have been best friends for over 15 years. From meeting as pre-teens at church to living 600+ miles away, their friendship has never wavered. Dymenay has truly been an amazing friend and godmother both to Taylor and Jailyn. In addition, Dymenay has been supportive of Jhalil and Taylor's union since the first stages of their relationship. Dymenay has proven countless times that she will be a part of Taylor's life in every way and has welcomed Jhalil into that commitment.

Taylor and Taylor have been friends for 10 years. Having the same name, the two became known as big Taylor and little Taylor since attending school together at WCU! From college best friends to forever friends the two still remain very much involved in each others lives. So much so, that even living a long distance apart could not break the bond that the two share. As mutual graduates of WCU, (little) Taylor and Jhalil have continued to build a friendship since meeting each other.

As Jhalil’s younger sister, Dawn has been present to support their relationship throughout the years! From friends-to-sisters, Taylor and Dawn continue to grow their sisterhood presently. Concurrently, Dawn's love for her niece Jailyn also embodies her love for her brother Jhalil, and future sister Taylor. Thankfully today the two can agree that they have grown so much over the years and look forward to many life experiences together as family.

Taylor and Monique have been friends since high school. Having years of friendship, both Monique and Taylor watched each other grow and mature over the years. Their friendship has remained strong and will only continue to grow stronger. As a member of the infamous 'FOMILY' Monique is the extension of several friends who love and support both Taylor and Jhalil. In addition, Monique has developed a friendship with Jhalil, in which the two can't help but to laugh and joke when around each other. Monique and their close friend group stand together in support of Taylor and Jhalil's relationship.

As Jhalil's oldest sister, Christina (Chrissie) has always played an active role in his life. Soon after meeting Taylor, Chrissie grew closer to her making their currently relationship stronger than ever. Growing from supportive friends to sisters Chrissie and Taylor still support each other in many ways. Since the brith of Jailyn, Taylor has been assured of help from Chrissie who also is the mother of Jhalil's oldest niece Logan (flower girl.) The two have similar interest and will now have a lifetime to continue creating lifelong experiences.

Andrese (Drese) and Taylor have been friends since meeting on the campus of West Chester University. From quick meals in the WCU diner to impromptu hair sessions Drese and Taylor remain close even currently. In addition, Drese has the added benefit of witnessing the early stages of Taylor and Jhalil's relationship beginning in 2014. As one of Jhalil's closest friends, Drese and Taylor have grown to be great friends similar to that of sisters. Drese and Jhalil's unbreakable bond has now extended both to Taylor and their daughter Jailyn. Drese is so excited to see the couple and family continue to grow together in love!

Sean and Jhalil have been lifelong friends since the age of 5! Over the years they've maintained a strong friendship and consider each other like brothers. Sean is the Proud Godfather of Jailyn Ariah Rivera and continues to support Taylor and Jhalil's relationship.

As brother to the groom, Isaiah has witnessed the progression of Jhalil and Taylor's relationship over the years! Isaiah has always been welcoming of Taylor and quickly developed a relationship with his new found "sister-in -law.' Isaiah loves his daughter (Sage-flower girl,) nieces, and can't wait to build more memories as a family.

Meeting on the campus of West Chester University Jhalil and Khalil developed a friendship through music ultimately leading to becoming roommates. The two talented musicians served in the band for the WCU Gospel Choir in freshman year and have maintained a friendship post graduation. While serving on the Gospel Choir Khalil and Taylor also began a long lasting friendship. Khalil has always been supportive of Jhalil and Taylor and is excited to see their union grow.
John Gore

As the only biological sibling to Taylor, John has welcomed Jhalil into their family openly. With musical interests the two quickly developed a friendship similar to that of brothers.Gratefully the two argumentative friends find balance which unites them as family. John uniquely is the only immediate Uncle to Jailyn (on Taylor's side) and loves her dearly. In addition John loves his sister and is happy that her union with Jhalil continues; along their love journey together.
Troi Jenkins

Shortly after being introduced by Andrese (bridesmaid,)Troi and Jhalil by came friends over the last few years. During this time two continued to grow their friendship now finding themselves closer than expected. Commonly the two have birthdays in June and joke over 'gemini antics' along with many other things. Respectfully Troi has created a friendship with Taylor and has been supportive of the two since.

As the first cousin of Taylor, Emanuel quickly accepted the invitation to be a part of her wedding. Since meeting Jhalil the two have remained friends over the years. Supportive and happy for his cousin Emanuel is glad to stand for Taylor and Jhalil's union and continues to wish them love and prosperity along their journey.

As Jhalil’s oldest niece, Logan Rivera is extremely excited to be a flower girl in “Uncle Jhalil and Aunt Tay’s” wedding! Since she was a baby, she has loved hanging out with her Aunt and Uncle. As the oldest of the cousins, she exudes leadership and will show her younger cousins Sage and Jailyn how to successfully get down the aisle.
