We're Getting Married!

We went to the same schools for most of our lives and had mutual friends but weren't formally introduced until 2014, thanks to one of those friends. We met in person for the first time at a party in Orlando and went on our first official date that labor day weekend. During this date Igor proceeded to ask Taylor "so what high school did you go to?" which Taylor replied "Is that a joke? The same school as you". Igor spent the next 6 1/2 years trying to redeem himself, which he finally did on September 30th, 2020.

Just after 6 years from our first official date, we went on a family vacation to Paris, Kentucky. One morning during the trip Taylor was told that we were all going out to breakfast but that we were to drive ahead and get a table. Taylor realized that we were coming up on the Kentucky Castle in the city of Versailles and was shocked when we turned in and knew immediately what was about to happen. Taylor always wanted to get married at The Palace of Versailles, so after breakfast Igor took Taylor into a room which resembled the Hall of Mirrors from the Palace and got down on one knee and asked for her hand in marriage, to which she answered "YES". We are so excited to share this next chapter of our lives with you! See you in South Florida!
