-This is an outdoor wedding. The ceremony will be in grass so watch the weather. -The reception will be held on a bridge with an uneven floor. Please wear appropriate shoes. Flips flops will be provided for your convenience. -Parking for our guests will be at the shooting club entrance of Hog Heaven, off of RR12. This is different than where you may have been previously for the party barn. -The wedding party (anyone walking down the aisle) will be using the main entrance and a list will be checked upon entry. -There will be a trolly ride from the guest parking lot to the ceremony site. The last pick up will be at 5:45. If you miss the trolly, you will miss the ceremony. So try to arrive early. -Transportation shuttle to/from the wedding is available at the wedding hotel only in Wimberley. See lodging options for reservation info. There are 30 rooms in the block.
Friday , March 25th (no transportation provided) 5:30pm-Rehearsal & Rehearsal dinner for the wedding party- Hog Heaven Party Barn 7:30pm-Out of town wedding guests drop by the Hog Heaven Party Barn (491 Hog Hollow Road) so we can welcome you to town. We’ll have light snacks and drinks. It’s come and go and casual. Saturday, March 26th-Wedding Day!! Guests at 7A Ranch: 4:45 pm- Shuttles will pick up guests at 7A Ranch in Pioneer Village parking lot. Guests will be dropped off at the Hog Heaven Sporting Club to board the Trolley for transport to the ceremony site. Guests driving to wedding: 5:00-5:45 pm – Please arrive at the Hog Heaven Sporting Club located at 24905 RR 12, Dripping Springs. You’ll be transported from there by Trolley to the ceremony site. Be sure to arrive by 5:45 pm so you don’t miss the last Trolley (and the wedding!) Also please note, this is NOT the same entrance as the HH Party Barn.
6:00- Wedding Ceremony 6:30 pm - Guests will be transported from the wedding ceremony to the reception 8:00 pm - Shuttles will begin returning to the 7A Ranch as needed. 11:00 pm - The reception will conclude. If you need help getting back to your car (the parking lot is about 200 yards from the reception), please ask a Hog Heaven staff member or wedding planner Kailee Roberts (325-356-6341 cell/text) for assistance.
