Will you have a shuttle service to Mammoth?
Answer
There will not be a shuttle service to and from the wedding. We have been advised that Uber and Lyft have severely declined in the last year. Per our wedding coordinator, they HIGHLY recommend arranging transportation prior to the event. Or ensuring you have a handy dandy DD. A few services in the area are MAWS Transportation, 760-934-CABS, and 760-924-TAXI. Additionally, some hotels/stays may offer a shuttle service.

What should guests wear?
Answer
Dress code is 'Dressy Casual'. But be comfortable! Please keep in mind, this is in a mountain resort. While you won't be trekking up any mountains, there will be gravel, grass, and dirt to navigate for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Additionally, the weather at that time of year has a pretty big swing from day to night, so think versatile for a warm, bright ceremony and a brisk evening!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
We monitored September weather 2020 and for most of the month the days were 65 - 75, cooling into the evenings, and trending towards 40's by night time. The reception will be held in a walled, temperature controlled tent.

Yes, the princess herself will be around for the party!

Please note, your invitations and save the date will indicate the invitees. Please do not RSVP for more than indicated. We want you to fully relax and enjoy the day, so our wedding will be an adult only affair.

What about the state of the country - COVID-19?

Updated 06/08/21 ** We are staying actively involved in all local and national guidelines regarding gatherings for our wedding. At this time, social distancing and masks have been repealed. The resort may require proof of vaccine and/or a negative covid test, this has yet to be determined as 9/25 is still a ways away! They may also require temperature readings upon arrival. Another item we will address as we get closer. Please do what you are most comfortable with. We understand, support, and love each and every invitee. We want to celebrate with you all, but we also want everyone to be and feel safe!

Your tummies will be so pleased! To share a little and keep a little mystery - there will be a red meat option, a fish option, and a lovely hearty salad. Don't forget the scrumptious sides and appetizers!
