Hiking
Sun Valley is home to many excellent hiking trails. A few of our top recommended hikes are Adams Gulch, White Clouds, Bald Mountain, and if you're up to a challenge; Pioneer Cabin.
Biking & Walking the Wood River Trail
This beautiful bike trail extends 36 miles through the Wood River. Bike rentals can be made at Black Tie Adventure Rentals (address listed above)
Redfish Lake & Stanley
Rent a boat, enjoy live music, go on a hike, or grab a bite to eat at Stanley Bakery. Redfish Lake and the town of Stanley are approximately a 15-minute drive from each other (1 hour from Sun Valley). This beautiful mountain lake and town are one of our favorite places to visit. If you're up for the one hour drive, we highly recommend making a day trip out of it!
Roundhouse Express Gondola
Take the beautiful 10-minute gondola ride up to the Roundhouse Restaurant. Enjoy exceptional views of Sun Valley from the 7,700 feet of elevation with lunch and a beverage. The Roundhouse is open from 11 AM - 3 PM daily.
