Question

I've never been to a Catholic wedding before, what should I expect?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be part of the Catholic Mass. The Mass is a solemn celebration of Christ's Death and Resurrection. You can expect the wedding Mass to take about an hour and 15 minutes. There will be a guide in the program to help describe what is happening during the ceremony. Hannah would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have!

What is the dress code?

Answer

While we don't have a set dress code, please be mindful of the wedding taking place in a church. Also, remember that our reception will be in a (finished) barn.

Can I bring someone who was not listed on my invitation?

Answer

As much as we would love to invite everyone we know, please only bring those listed on your invitation.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the reception venue?

Answer

We are providing a shuttle service from the two hotels - Fairfield Inn & Suites and the Paradise Inn & Suites - to the Troy Sale Barn. The shuttles will leave each of these hotels at 4:00 to arrive at the sale barn at 4:30 for the cocktail hour. They will also run periodically throughout the evening back to the hotels for your convenience.

Know that everyone is welcome in a Catholic church, and we are so happy that you came to celebrate with us. Enjoy the beauty of the Mass and sacredness of the space. Please follow along in the program that will be provided that day.

Is there cell service in the area?

Answer

While both Verizon and AT&T have cell towers in Bradford County, we cannot guarantee that you will have cell service. Please enjoy your day offline!
