When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

The bride and groom please ask that you RSVP by September 6th, 2024. If you do not RSVP by this date, you will be marked as "declined." Although we would love to celebrate with you, we have to have an exact number for our guest count to provide for our vendors and we cannot accept late RSVP's. Please RSVP as soon as possible!

Can we bring our Children?

While we would love to see your kiddos, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event! We hope you understand and take the night to enjoy yourselves! We cannot wait to dance the night away with you!

Can I bring a Date?

Answer

Because we have to have a strict list to stay within our venue's capacity, we can only accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. If you have further questions feel free to contact Tatum directly. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

We ask that you please arrive by 4:45PM, Thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at the Glass Chapel West. If you end up needing a ride home, you can get your vehicle by 9am the next day.

Where Do I Park?

There will be members of the Glass Chapel West Staff to direct all guests to parking!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation, but the venue is within range for Lyft and Uber services. PLEASE use these services if you plan to take advantage of the open bar. We love you all and want you to be very safe!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes!! Please contact Tatum directly with any dietary restrictions as soon as you can!

Will the wedding be outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside of the Glass Chapel West, and the reception will take place indoors!
